Play Ball!!

We had Reece's first T-ball game this week.  He was the only player on his team that did not have to hit off of the Tee!  He was pretty excited!  He did great in the field while playing where the action was. When he was at 3rd base, there wasn't much action there and he was more interested in dancing/spinning around.

First Official Haircut

Harper had her first official haircut yesterday.  I cut it once over a year ago, I was nervous to do it this time so I took her to see Tara. She wanted Tara to wash her hair but I thought that the water spray bottle would work this time!

Graduation

Reece graduated from preschool and Harper moved up to the "big kids" , preschool room, last week.  Reece has started the school age kids program for the summer.  They do fun activities every day, he is usually pretty worn out at the end of the day!  The are going to the pool, playgrounds, picnics, Kernel's games, State Fair, Adventureland and other fun things!

Blues BBQ

North Liberty has a Blues BBQ festival every year.  We took the kids up, it was so hot and there were so many people there.  We let them each do a few rides then got some BBQ and headed home.

Go Fish

We took the kids fishing in the pond near our house.  It was fun for about the first 10 minutes, then they had more fun picking "flowers". Clint did catch a couple fish right before we were going to leave.

Mother's Day

Reece and Harper made Mother's Day gifts at daycare this week.

I am pretty impressed with his answers!  He was so proud that he knew
everything about me.
